We ship within Cairo within 2–3 business days. Orders to other Egyptian cities take 5–7 business days depending on location. You'll receive a tracking update once your bracelet ships so you know exactly when to expect it.

If your bracelet arrives damaged or doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 7 days. We'll arrange an exchange or refund. If the beads shift during shipping, we can repair it at no extra cost.

Open your package carefully and take photos if anything looks broken. Send them to us within 2 days with your order number, and we'll replace or repair it right away at no charge to you.
